Before you go Pro
Can I buy Pro now?
Not yet. This page previews the plan while we prepare the launch. You can use Free or explore the demo now; there is no checkout or paid trial to start.
Are rare screenshots kept forever?
Protected memories have no automatic expiry while Pro is active, within 250 slots. You can choose memories manually. New pet, level-99 and curated rare-item Collection Log screenshots can be protected automatically. Broader completion-milestone detection is still being prepared. A full collection never silently replaces an existing protected memory. This is not a promise of unlimited storage or permanent hosting.
Is Pro per character or per RuneFolio account?
The planned monthly price covers one RuneFolio account with up to five active characters.
Do I need Pro to keep my portfolio private?
No. Public-profile sharing and section privacy controls are included in Free. Paying does not change who can see your data.
What if I already have Pro access?
Your account’s existing entitlement is respected, with five active character slots. This preview does not start billing. Automatic Hiscores checks are an owner tool, not a paid benefit.
What happens if Pro ends?
The planned policy includes 30 days to export or renew before Free retention limits apply. Extra characters are archived, never deleted; you choose the two that stay active. Long-term progress, loot summaries and milestones are kept separately from individual event records.
Is the new retention policy deleting files already?
No. Automatic age-based expiry has not been enabled. We will introduce warnings and export safeguards before activating it. Files you move to Trash still follow the existing seven-day Trash policy. Screenshot storage allowances will be confirmed before launch.
Keep playing. Keep your story.
Start with Free today. Pro will be here when it’s ready.
